December!

Hey everyone.

Now December is almost over and a lot happened.
The first weekend in December I went to New York for the first time. It was awesome, but not really what I expected. I thought there would be a lot a shopping places around Times Square, but there wasn't. But there are probably a place where all the stores are, we just didn't get to them. Other wise it was amazing, but there was so many people that you could barely walk anywhere, we had to hold in each other so we didn't lose anybody.

Then the second weekend I went to Williamsburg in Virginia. We went there to see colonial Williamsburg, it was kinda fun to see how people lived many years ago. Then we went shopping, and we went to a amusement park called Busch Garden. It was really pretty cause they have more that 3 million lights in the park, but only one of the big roller coasters was open, so that sucked but it was fun anyway.

The weekend after we had a exchange student get together, with the exchange students at my school and their family. That was really fun.

And then Christmas came. It was a lot different from what I'm use to, but it was fun to try, and now I know how other people celebrate Christmas. I got a lot of good gift.
But the best gift was to Skype with my lovely family. I miss you guys.

Its almost New Year and I can't wait to celebrate it.

Thanksgiving!

Hello.

A week ago I was celebrating my first Thanksgiving. It was really fun.
We had over 30 people over to eat turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie and a bunch of other food.
I thought I would eat a lot, but it was actually not that bad, but I got full really fast.
We had a 44 pound turkey, 27 pound ham and 7.5 pond duck, so we had a lot of meat.

Well that was kinda my thanksgiving, we didn't really do anything but eat, but I had fun anyway.
Then I went to Black Friday at midnight. It was crazy, there was a huge line out front, and the line was even bigger inside.
But I got some stuff so that was good.

Today I got a lot of presents from my lovely family. That was really nice, the I fell like I'm home again.

So here is some pictures from our food.

Can't wait for tomorrow. New York City here I come!
